A self paced course consisting of:
5 pre-recorded videos that will leave you feeling vivacious, strong, and self-aware.
During this time we develop skills to release old habitual patterns while creating openness and flexibility within you. You will learn how to feel more capable, powerful, and confident in navigating whatever life has in store.
Homeplay suggestions for further digestion and integration.

This series is aimed at building a foundation of resilience, flexibility and safety. During this time, we are re-aligning your nervous system, reclaiming intimacy, self-worth, and self-value while we welcome in more of what you want.
Who is it for?
You want to understand your nervous system and how it works in order to manage your energy, emotions and self-regulate.
You struggle with chronic stress, overwhelm, a lack of energy and the ability to focus and be consistent (the right amount of consistency for you).
You want to learn how to read the signals your body is giving you and where to take action from there.
You want to come back into a relationship with your body and experience pleasure.
You want to learn how to “be with” big emotions and sensations instead of them overwhelming you and running the show.
You want to advocate for yourself and your boundaries.
You struggle with consistent feelings of overwhelm, stress and reactivity.
You struggle with anxiety, panic, or depression.
You’ve had trauma, abuse, accidents or overwhelming life circumstances.
You feel stuck, shut down, tired or hopeless.
You want to feel passionate and LIT up about life.
You want to be yourself and feel safe to do so.
